Together with the legalization of your document the Embassy will fill a question list. You are requested to provide the following information to the Embassy:
- purpose of the legalisation
- your legal status in the Netherlands/the Antilles or Aruba
Please take note that Lebanese birth, marriage, divorce and/or death certificates can only be accepted for legalization in the form of an actual COPIE CONFORME of the original document.Handwritten versions are not accepted.
