BEZOEK AAN CONSULAIRE AFDELING

Vanaf 1 juli 2009 is voor bezoek aan de consulaire afdeling een voorafgaande afspraak nodig.

Dit geldt voor zowel voor het aanvragen van een paspoort, legalisatie, consulaire verklaring of visum als voor andere consulaire handelingen. De ambassade beoogt hiermee de klantvriendelijkheid en efficiëntie van de consulaire dienstverlening te optimaliseren.

Voor het maken van een afspraak kunt u bellen tussen 8 en 9 uur ‘s ochtends en tussen 1 en 2 uur ’s middags op telefoonnummer 01-204663 (doorkiesnummer 213).

Betaling van consulaire tarieven kan uitsluitend in Libanese Ponden.

VISIT TO CONSULAR SECTION

As of 1 July 2009 it is necessary to make an appointment to visit the consular section. The appointment system applies to applications for passport, legalisation, visa as well as any other consular services.

The appointment system enables the embassy to provide more customer friendly and efficient services.
